Our experience with The Kraemer Homes Team was 100% positive.  I was dreading the thought of moving, but Jason made it as painless as it could possibly have been.  He was very supportive, and very patient, as was the rest of his team.  Jason gave recommendations on how to make my home look it's best for showings, and he was spot on, our home sold the first day.  He walked us through every step, found us the home we are in now, and we are very happy.  Everyone that we dealt with on the Kraemer team was top notch, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home and find their perfect new home.  I can't say enough good things about Jason.  Besides his knowledge and experience, he is just an all around good guy.
