Jason helped us buy a banked owned property, which by nature had many questions. He was able to answer most of these questions very quickly. If he couldn’t answer a question, he had the business contacts to get an answer in a short period of time. Jason also, did an extremely good job of keeping us informed as to how the closing was progressing and what we needed to do several times a week via email (which we requested). We were able to close quickly with a very smooth transition from purchase agreement to receiving the keys.
