The staging of the home and grounds, and the showcasing of the marketing displays and brochures were exceptional! As a result, our home sold on the first day it was on the market, with our first showing—and for more than what it had been listed! It is even more impressive when you realize this all happened in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic! The professionalism followed through to the closing, which went smoothly as well! It was a bit stressful for us to sell a home in Arizona, sell a home in Minnesota, and to relocate and buy a home in Illinois during a short period of time.
