We have had such an incredible summer! Here are some of the homes we sold this summer! We helped several clients sell their rental properties for above asking price, 2 clients sold their MN homes to move to a different state, we helped a couple sell their home of 33 years to downsize into a townhome, the clients we helped buy in 2011 sold their home this year to move further north and helped several families sell their parents home, which we tried to make as stress-free as possible.
All in all, it was a great summer helping those sell and buy!
