We had a great experience with Jason and would highly recommend him. On the selling side, his suggestions helped us stage the house in a way that looked amazing. The pictures that were taken looked very inviting and professional. He did a very good job on the negotiation side too, having the hard conversations with potential buyers so we didn’t have to. In the end I believe we were able to sell it quickly for the highest price the market would support. On the buying side, Jason took the time to understand what we were looking for, and made it easy for us to show up to houses and view them on our schedule. In the end we decided to build and Jason was there along each step where we needed him, including negotiations with the builder. I don't believe our discount would have been as big without him. He followed through all the way to final walkthrough, and again had no problem playing the bad guy when it called for (asking for fixes/changes before moving in). I can't say enough about Jason. He has an eye for what looks good, hits all angles for selling (social media, etc), and works overtime to make things happen. We'll use him again in the future!
