Both my sister and I bought homes using Jason as our Realtor and Jason is by far the best we have worked with. He is a complete professional, and someone we would highly recommend. There were some issues with my sister’s home purchase in that there was much work to be done by the remodeler prior to close and they weren't hitting their deadlines. Jason was diligent in ensuring that the sellers completed the work (and then some) that they had promised within the time frame that was needed, even though that ended up taking a lot of extra time on Jason’s part. Time and time again Jason worked to make sure we received not only a fair deal, but a one that we were more than pleased with. After the close, Jason again went above and beyond when my sister noticed a leak coming from the upper level bathroom as evidenced as a small stain in the first floor ceiling. While I fixed the leak, Jason came over the next day to help patch and repaint the affected area. His personal attention, approachability and affable attitude set him apart from our previous Realtors. We will never use anyone else.
