Jason was definitely born to sell real estate. He sold our Maple Grove townhouse in four short days in an overly saturated market. I can best describe him as a pricing/marketing genius and it is no surprise that he is one of the top realtors in the state. His unparalleled knowledge of the area and professional marketing strategies are what set him apart from the rest. We truly believe that our home sold as fast as it did because of the professional photos, virtual tours and other marketing strategies that Jason put into place. He also served as a real estate coach for us by coming up with the best price to attract buyers and get close to our asking price without sitting on the market for days on end. We had a rough closing experience due to some changes in regulation on the buyer’s loan and this is when Jason truly shined with his expertise and knowledge of the situation. Without him, I am pretty sure we would still be waiting to close! It was inspiring to watch his drive to get the deal done and he did just that.
