I
can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jason and Michelle. I’ve known Michelle for several years and that’s why I picked Michelle and Jason.
I was really nervous about selling my home and what all I would have to
do to make it “listing ready.” My house
was very old and over the years it had already required a lot of maintenance
and money. I was also nervous of not
getting the money I needed from the sale.
From the moment I met Jason he was very genuine and straight
forward. I started to explain to him my
fears and concerns and by the time we finished his assessment walk through I
felt much more at ease about everything.
What I appreciated most about Jason was how he kept me updated and was
understanding about my thoughts and wishes about everything. I can be a little high strung at times and he
handled that side of me very well. Since
Michelle is experienced on the buying side of things she was very energetic in
explaining the features of my home that would please potential buyers and also pointed
out the dislikes which really helped me put things in to perspective. Both Jason and Michelle did a great job of
not overwhelming me, being a single female doing this all on my own can be hard
and Jason and Michelle really took the time to talk things out in a manner that
didn’t cause any frustration. Since I have known Michelle for a while it made
the buying process way more fun! She has
great ideas and vision and was helpful when walking though every house we
saw. The house I ended up buying was a
surprise showing that Michelle had set up on one of our outings. The house had
just come on the market that day and she saw I had favorite in my search. It ended up being the best surprise. I
instantly loved the house didn’t want to leave. I really enjoyed my experience
with Jason, Michelle, Chad and Dena so much that I referred my Grandparents to
Jason as well. I hope I won’t have to
use them any time soon but without a doubt they will be my first call when I need
a realtor in the future.
