I’ve worked with Jay on a professional level for years. This summer I was able to work with him during the process of selling my home and buying a new one. Jay walked us through everything and treated us with respect on the sale of our existing home that we knew we were going to have to take a loss on. Anyone who has been in that situation knows the stress that comes with it. Jay was calm and collected as I frequently vented on him; He never lost his cool with me or made me feel like I was his worst client, which I am pretty sure I was. On our new purchase he and his assistant Michelle endured a grueling process that took us to 80 homes. We finally were able to get a home that wasn’t even on the market that my wife and I love. His experience and knowledge of what is on the open market and what is available that is not on the market separates him from the pack. Jay also brightens our life every Christmas when we get his annual Christmas card that displays his beautiful family all wearing the same sweater.
