Jason Kraemer represented me for both the sale of my home and purchase of my new home. Although four other townhomes in my complex were in competition with me, Jason’s innovative marketing expertise and superb salesmanship brought in a solid, timely offer, with a quick, flawless closing. I particularly liked the 360-degree photography of my home for the on-line listing; it never looked so attractive! When an eleventh hour flooring problem during the final walk through on my new townhome threatened to postpone the closing scheduled for the next day, Jason jumped in and worked with the builder/developer to facilitate the installation of new flooring in less than 24 hours! The closing did take place as scheduled, and the moving van pulled up shortly thereafter; I certainly would not have wanted to reschedule the whole move-in process!
