After 8 years in our "starter home" my wife and I decided to look at new homes to possibly take advantage of a buyer's market and a recent tax rebate for move up/repeat home buyers. However, we were not sure if we wanted to sell our first home or rent it out. Jason spent A LOT of time educating us on all of the details involved in buying, selling and renting. He was always the consummate professional and never pressured us to sell our home, even though it would have benefited him to do so. We looked at many houses with Jason until we found the one we loved. It was great to have someone as knowledgeable as Jason to point out positives and negatives of each home, location, etc. He really knows his stuff! Then, when we finally found the home we wanted, Jason opened his office for us after hours on a Friday night to get the paperwork done and submitted that night. The Sellers were out of town, but Jason worked hard with their realtor to track them down and present our offer. And, after some brief negotiating, also handled wonderfully by Jason, we had our new home by Noon the next day. It was a good thing Jason helped us to act so quickly, as there were multiple buyers that inquired over the next few days that said they would have made an offer on the home.
