We had owned our first home in Brooklyn Park for 12 years and we were ready to move up. We met with a number of realtors, but they just were not the right fit. We were ready to give up when one of my colleagues referred us to Jason! We knew he would understand the market to help us sell our house and to buy another one. We wanted to try to find something before the buyer credit was over April, but had our expectations set realistically when we contacted Jason at the beginning of April. We were not first time buyers, but we were first time sellers. We knew the market was different this time, so we had a lot of questions! We asked about selling, marketing, foreclosures, short sales and regular negotiations. We probably drove him crazy, but he never showed it. Jason was patient and able to easily answer every question we asked him. When we were prepping our house for sale he helped us focus on what we really needed to do to make it the most marketable, but was also listened to us when we said we were not able to do something. He helped us deal with the highs and lows of the first buyer of our house falling through. He picked us right back up and got the house back on the market and sold it a short time later. When we found our new home he helped us negotiate with the builder, which we did not know you could do, to get a great deal! Jason truly knows this business and cares about his customers. He pays attention to the details, used marketing tools others didn't, and made us feel like we were his only clients. He really listened to us and was able to balance all of our wants, needs and constraints as buyers and sellers. We absolutely love our new home and could not be happier, it is perfect! We could not have done it without him!
