Buying and selling a home are transactions unlike any other the average person will undertake in their lifetime. When you consider the how foreign and intimidating the bevy of contracts, filings, licenses, financial intricacies, etc. required to facilitate this process, it is probably better described as a bonded contract for life change. My family had been in our starter home for 10 years, which was probably 2 years longer than we should have- mostly because the difficulty and stress of that last purchase still had us trigger-shy. But after our 1-bathroom-to-4-people ratio resulted in several spats and a few narrowly escaped accidents, we decided to jump in with Jason and the Kraemer Team. And they just covered everything. Financing?: Boom. Inspections?: I'll set it up. Carpet stretcher?: I got a guy. It was like Jason was a one-man Angie's list.
