As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and were a little nervous about starting the process, but Jason answered all of our questions and gave us a good overview of how and when everything happened. Throughout the entire process, Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. He was very flexible with our schedule and taking us to see houses. He gave us the best advice that helped us to find a house that we truly love. We were looking at houses in what we thought was "our price range" and really were disappointed over and over by the houses we saw. He told us that if we increased our price range just a bit, we would find the houses that we had described to him. We were both surprised to find out that by increasing our price range by just $5,000 to $10,000, it did not increase our monthly payment by too much, only around $35 per month, and we were then able to find a house that we love.
