My husband and I did some research on local realtors and found Jason. We met with him and shortly afterward, we were on our way to viewing houses, but did not feel pressured to buy a house before we were ready. We found the house that we wanted and we were able to quickly come to an agreement with the seller. Jason was professional and helped us to have realistic expectations of our first time homebuyer's experience. He was good at pointing out the positives and negatives to the different houses that we visited. He also recommended a home inspector that gave us a detailed report of the property. He is great with follow up and concern over detail. Overall, we did not feel the stress of the process and it went quite smoothly. After being in our house for two months, we continue to be happy with our decision to buy this house and use Jason as our realtor.
