Jason and Michelle are true professionals and offer great customer service, follow through and reliability. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if it ever comes down to selling our property and buying a new property we will go through Jason again. This was our first time buying a house and there were a lot of things we were naive about. Not once did Jason or Michelle make us feel stupid about asking a certain question, in fact we always felt more educated about the home buying process after talking to them. They were very available and very timely in getting back to us be it email, phone or text. He was excellent at breaking down the contractual and legal terminology; we understood what we were signing remarkably. Jason was committed to making sure we didn’t miss out on any deadlines, which I know in this line of business is super important, he was up till 10 pm back and forth on the phone with the sellers agent and us making sure our offer went through.
